[Dragaera] A typographical symbol

Not really a spoiler, so no space.

I found it interesting that both here, and in Steve's LJ comments,
there were those who thought that "&c" was some sort of strange
typographical error and were bothered by it enough to mention it, and
those who immediately knew that it was just another way of writing
"etc".  Of course, those who knew what it meant usually also knew the
origin of the ampersand character.

I'm not sure if I'm going anywhere with this.  I just think it's an
interesting observation.
