He said that he's been Mario's contact for 90 years.  He could have
met Mario before the Interregnum when Aliera was still alive.  It
would make sense that Kragar became a Jhereg about 90 years ago.

I think the consensus is that she could leave for a short period, but
not a long period.  IIRC she only left Dzur mountain to have a drink
with Vlad.  The other events you are talking about happen in
flashback.  However, leaving for the Paths of the Dead would have been
out of the question.
