He was born just before _FHYA_?  Only the love-at-first-sight part
would have to be wrong.

I think the Aliera-Kragar dynamic's all wrong for this, and, well,
Kragar's not so invisible that his heritage wouldn't be apparent,
but the idea does have the nice corollary that Sethra chose
Vlad's office knowing someone there had an interest in the stick.
Assuming Kragar knows, of course.
