I guess that would be me.

As best as I can tell, after ripping the track, loading it into
Audacity, and reversing the segment in question (which has a lower
volume, mushy sound, and odd sound effects in either direction), the
backwards message is:

    "sdneirf ruoy era nemecilop ,sdik rebmemeR".

So now you know.
