[Dragaera] Jhegaala rumors

Maybe the disagreement with the female philosopher takes place in 
_Jhegaala_. I think there's a bit more transformation that goes on after 
_Phoenix_. I don't know as the "I won't kill for you anymore" refers to 
the events in _Jhegaala_, but I could see the transformation in 
personality that makes him take that stand happening during that time.
