There's the additional, complicating factor that Teldra was
killed/destroyed during the course of events triggered by Morrolan
himself needing to be rescued by Teldra and Vlad. That's not an
entirely fair way of characterizing the situation--the defense of the
Lesser Sea was related to the kidnapping only in the sense that the
kidnapping provided intelligence on the need for protecting the Lesser
Sea--but Teldra wouldn't have been mixed up in the situation at all if
she hadn't gone looking for Morrolan. In other words, for a young
Dragon, "It's All My Fault." And yeah, Vlad's all mixed up in it, too,
and maybe Morrolan's projecting just a tiny bit.

It would be interesting to see if Morrolan is specifically avoiding
Vlad right now, or also Aliera, who was also part of the reason for
Teldra's involvement. Aliera, of course, is taking a totally pragmatic
view of the situation: can't make an omelette without breaking a few
eggs. She would have readily sacrificed her own soul to take down a
Jenoine or four as well, so she's not torn by guilt like Morrolan is
and is capable of secondary emotions like anger at Vlad for getting
Teldra killed "unnecessarily." Or I dunno, maybe she was just blowing
off steam by (totally unfairly) tweaking Vlad. It's not like Vlad
doesn't do the same thing.
