I'd like to be polite.

I may be.  Or maybe not.

Do me a favor.  No, do us all a favor.  Please ERASE excess info.  When 
you reply to ==one line== in an email, please do *not* quote SEVEN 
SCREENS of further stuff.

That makes it really hard to understand what you're replying to.

I'm not pointing fingers.  Just wading through too many bytes.  Today 
there's been several lengthy messages that had one new sentence replying 
to one previous sentence.

This has nothing to do with the 17 lines of pre-spoiler space either.
