[Dragaera] State of the mailing list

We have 240 subscriptions in place, with email addresses starting with
25 out of 26 letters of the alphabet (no Q yet).  (The Mailmain
subscription display breaks it up by letter when it exceeds one
screen, and in the navigation area only displays links for letters
that exist, so it's thrown in my face that we're missing a letter.)

It looks to me like not all the messages are reaching my gmail
account; I see messages in the digest and in the archives that I
haven't seen directly.  I check the spam folder on gmail, and don't
have any spam filtering set up on the account it forwards through to
get to gmail, so I'm pretty sure they're not getting lost that way.
Do other people think maybe they're missing messages?  Have you
verified you're definitely missing messages compared to the archive?

I have no idea what I can try to do about it if we determine that
messages really are going missing.  I guess try to document it well
enough to make Dreamhost technical support worry about it.
