I disagree, but what we're facing is a crisis of semantics. What
does "utterly" mean as opposed to "implicitly"? What you're talking about
is having implicit faith in his infallibility, which I would say is another
leap up from utter trust.
Teldra certainly seems to trust Vlad further than virtually anyone else, and
I don't exactly recall her voicing objections about his actions. Helping to
modulate his behavior when he needed it, sure, but those aren't the same at
all.
