[Dragaera] Devera, godhood, Kieron speculation

If Devera is a God, and is already able to manifest her presence in a
multiplicity of forms, there's no particular reason to assume that she'll
ever "grow up". Part of being a God is that your nature or essence or being
becomes the manifestation of an essential trait of Nature, Human or
otherwise. 

Devera's divine nature might actually preclude her from growing up if she
represents Innocence or Curiosity or some-such. 

It's possible that Devera is a kind of "demi-god". The circumstances of her
birth may have gifted her with a divine nature and she just has to pass the
"final exam" in order to take on the full mantle of Divinity. Where some
people study for it for a lifetime, she's a prodigy who just needs a little
maturity before assuming her position among the Lords of Judgement.
