We learn something about many of the Houses in each book, but Jhereg is 
the only one tightly focused on 1 piece of "work," the total planning 
of, & yes, "work" is an important part of House Jhereg.  The scheme 
itself isn't all that involved, if you think about it:  just 2 pieces of 
misdirection (maybe 3, depending on how you count Pathfinder) & a 
straightforward fight to the death.  A Yendi scheme would have had the 
whole business of revenge be a cover for some other scheme altogether, 
the players would never have known they were playing a role--and the 
Yendi would never have been in sight.

I don't really get that from =Athyra= at all, probably because it is 
narrated from the POV of a Teckla.  I'd say =Dragon= has the tightest 
House association.  Some are always going to be tighter than others, of 
course.
