Well, she DID get combined with a morganti weapon...

We really don't know if other GWs destroy souls from a distance or not. 
We've seen Blackwand kill plenty of folks with a ranged attack, but have 
never learned the state of the soul of the victims of these attacks.

This doesn't mean that her will has to be terribly assertive.

Maybe she'll just be extremely passive-aggressive.
