[Dragaera] First notes on Dzur

I'll start by admitting that I haven't read any of the posts that are
already up here about Dzur. That's because I just got my copy yesterday
and just finished it now. And I want to get these notes up here before I
lose them, and I don't know if I'll have the time to read all the other
posts, much as I'd like to.

At p. 17

I grabbed a pen and the nearest thing to write on (the box from a new tube
of toothpaste, torn open to use the inside), and I just kept going,
including going back then and every now and then to pick up something I
hadn't had a pen for at the moment I'd seen it.

A => B  means "A should be corrected to B"

page.paragraph.line  Negative number = counting from bottom. If the first
paragraph on a page began on the previous page, I count it as paragraph 0.

12.~-1 "a stiff" = a solo diner?

17.5.2 leafs => leaves 
Most likely a boo-boo. Cf. Brust's comment about "knifes"

uninflected, which is much like English. Contrast with "Seriolaa",
presumably the Serioli's name for their own language.
