Heh.

I'm now imagining a scene where two persons are staring at someone
walking alone down the street.  The object of their scrutiny turns to
them and says "Is there some problem?  You perceive, I bear no
resemblance whatsoever to anyone of importance, certainly not the
Emperor, or any one else of interest".
And one of the gawkers responds, saying, "Please forgive us, Your--
that is to say, we were merely admiring your large, glowing, globular
hat."
