I don't know if they are real Hungarian recipes but as for the desert, my
wife tried to recreate it from the book and it's really delicious and one
of the best deserts I ever ate. I think she looked up some things on
Hungarian cooking but she never tells me much about the origins of her
culinary experiments :)
