Given that it is somewhat uncertain whether Dragaerans even know that
they live on a planet, and that planets orbit their sun (the Furnace)
rather than the other way around, and that the stars are distant suns,
around which other planets revolve, from which at least one of those
the ancestors of humanity (Dragaerans and Easterners) arrived, and
that, to the left, worlds might also exist as dimensional extrusions
created by those with the necessary knowledge and skills to do so,
well, I am not sure that there is enough textual evidence to answer
your question.
