Ah, so Vincent Cisneros is a real person. My sleep deprived brain somehow
conceived that idea that a character in _BP_ was being discussed and the
resulting brain cramps finished the job of making me look like a fool who
doesn't read an entire posting.

At least it all makes sense now. Apologies to Jerry! He knew what he was
