[Dragaera] Ascension Day

It doesn't necessarily have to be strictly a Fenarian or Dragaeran holiday.
People like to celebrate anything. I'm going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and
St. Patrick's Day, despite not being Irish or Mexican. It could be the day
Zerika ascended from the Paths. Everyone celebrates the day so much that
Fenarians found an excuse to party for a day. Just a thought.
