[Dragaera] Allusion

Not sure of this is close enough to count.

In the most recent book, a certain Dzur says he's been studying in the
dungeons for 20 years but he's only been allowed above the dungeon level for
18 months.  When I read this, I was reminded of the scene in Life of Brian,
where a (completely insane) prisoner is chained up on the wall and says
"I've been in here 20 years and they only turned me the right way up last
week"

Like I say, it's a stretch but it worked for me.
