[Dragaera] Devra in Tombstone?

I recall there being a few snippets on Emma Bull's new novel "Territories" , which I assiduously avoided since I didn't have the novel yet. But I have it now, and does anyone else think that Devra attended the 4th of July Ball on pg 235? 

Quoting from memory "a small fey looking brown eyed girl whose name I do not recall"
