Kieron is a general and a conqueror, not a deliverer. He has more in common 
with Arthur than with any religious figure, even down to carrying his 
trademark sword and awaiting his day to come again and defend the Empire in 
its darkest moment. I don't see him in any religious role analagous to the 
Judeo-Christian/Islamic milieu. Unless maybe you wanted to cast him as 
Mohammed. He'd definitely more Mohammed than Moses.
