[Dragaera] Copyright date for Cycle poem?

In the note accompanying the new Cycle image -

- it says: "He hates that poem, and has for 25 years...". Since Jhereg
was first published in 1983, I think once can safely include that it was
indeed present back then.
(In my paperback copy of Jhereg it's included (om page 17), but that's
the 17th printing (for real!), so I guess that makes less of a case than
the note.)
