[Dragaera] The Jenoine and humans elsewhere

Well, I realize that there is a hint here and there that humans used
to be a space-faring race but I don't think even the Serioli memory
extends that far back, just their own mythology. Just seems like it's
as likely a theory as any other. The details about human history
*prior* to their arrival are non-existant, yes? So why "arrive" versus
"return"?
