[Dragaera] Is Irony a clue to Hamlet quotes in Athyra?

While searching Athyra for Hamlet quotes, I noticed that in a number of places, Savn notes that Vlad is speaking ironically. Is this perhaps a clue to points where Vlad is punning on Hamlet?

The phrases in question where this happens are:

EXAMPLE 1:

- "I didn't really notice the taste in the stew, but it made the salad interesting."

This instance is on page 15 (omnibus), and occurs right before one of the known Hamlet puns, though this may be a coincidence.

EXAMPLE 2:

- "When stagnant and contained, it can be used to weaken and repel the undead, but when flowing free, they can use it to prolong their life. It's a bittersweet tapestry of life itself."

Both of these seem like oddly worded phrases that might be hiding a Hamlet quote. Alas that I knew Hamlet better forwith to better identify the possible sources of these.

There's a further instance of the word irony that appears in an oddly phrased quote itself:

EXAMPLE 3:

- "After everything I've done, the idea of falling at last to the wrath of a Teckla girl appeals to my sense of irony."

Is the "irony" just my imagination, or might there be something to this?
