[Dragaera] Vlad's passivity

Well, maybe the whole reason he went to Valabar's is to meet the people who
came to him... which again may be Vlad being reactive his hunger, and the
destiny to talk with ... well.

Of course, everything is reactive... even the need to be proactive.
