[Dragaera] ryhme or reason?

First let me tell you there will be grammar and spelling errors. With that opens up my statment/ question, which is long winded bare with me, please.? Secondly I was content in finding solice in my ignorance but the more I read the more questions I have.

?????????? The question is, Is there a reason to disorganized chronical pubilcation.... At least two books /Dragon/ and /Jhegaala/ have more than one timeline, with no inbetween; e.i. Dragon, he is telling a story three-some years ago(?) and Jhegaala, the after-thought is three years after. The lastest book was before Issola, orca, dzur, and published after all... Look, I was happy with /Dragon/ in the mild disorienting confusing. Now I need a reason for this. Is it like Shakespears? Suspense? I am sorry to waste you time I just to vent my amusement and astonishment, I think? More questions to come, I am just pulling my hair over this one.
