I just meant, I've seen a few and thought them at least reasonably
funny, but they don't tend to get posted in the places I frequent
online, I guess, so I'm not familiar enough with the conventions to be
able to tell a "great" example from a "mediocre" one or make one up myself.
As far as photos go, again, we're not likely to find a photo of a tiassa
(though I like "IDEA CAT HAS AN IDEA"), but I can get the "big cat"
models from Daz, which include a black jaguar, and add some wings from
the "Night Wings" set, then do a photo-realistic rendering against a
jungle or mountain background setting. I suppose a nice render of a
tiassa might have some value on a tshirt or elsewhere beyond LOL. The
models would cost me about $40, though. (Granted I could re-use the
tiger model for a dzur.) At that point I think I'd have to consider
recovering my costs somehow, which could mean sorting out some more
complicated compensation arrangement with Steve (our current arrangement
is very simple -- he gets everything).
This makes me think, however, that another fun option might be
anime-style renderings of members of the Houses with ears, tails, etc.
as appropriate. Sort of exaggerated representations of the genetic
influences on each House. Sigh. Too many ideas, too little time... this
is why I say I'm most like a Tiassa. ;)
