[Dragaera] Neither forelimbs nor four limbs (Was Re: LOLDragaera)

This is sort of odd, now that you mention it.  Birds adapted
for perching on branches usually have at least one digit that
points backward and opposes the others.  How do Loiosh and
Rocza hold on to Vlad's shoulder without opposable somethings?
(Conceivably Vlad means that jhereg have opposed digits but
can't align them with the other digits, as we can our thumbs--
or conceivably we shouldn't be worrying about it.)
