Italics, not capitals. Capitals, in the nice fonts so easily possible 
for this job, are just ugly. 

With T-shirts, you have to consider the reaction of the reader who 
doesn't know what you're referring to. With no emphasis, this shirt is 
just "nonsense-word means never having to say you're sorry". With the 
emphasis, some few will ask what it means. Which is half the point.
