Thanks for the heads-up!   Being in England, I just checked Amazon.co.uk and
found the book there to launch Sept 1!   No way, Jose!

Changed over to amazon.com where the official release date is Tuesday (July
8) and ordered them to ship overseas to me.

I was not entirely surprised to see that the US price plus priority shipping
to UK is a bit cheaper than the UK price plus local shipping.  Plus of
course the UK has to wait an extra 2 months.  Make of that what you will....
