I've got minor corrections now that I'm remembering correctly, if you're going to make notes...

Division Six was headed by Phoenix Guard (Khaavren) and it was actually the Imperial Surveillance Corps that was headed by the Prime Minister/Minister of the Houses.

Also, Khaavren's appearance was actually in /Teckla/ not /Phoenix/, as I indicated. (Khaavren is mentioned again in /Phoenix/, but does not appear, as he has "resigned again". Snicker.)
