I can't help but feel partially responsible for all this encoding
trouble. Eezvenitye! :p
For what it's worth, whenever my family members send e-mails to each
other, they don't bother with Cyrillic, we just use transcription, as
above. The internet is a Big Place, who knows what clients people are
using.
