I'm probably misremembering. I know what I'm thinking of comes from the front matter to /Five Hundred Years After/, which is the first place Norathar is referred to as being Empress. 

I got the impression from somewhere that this was "published" by Paarfi about 100 years after /TPG/. 

Checking the timeline, I see there is likely no textual justification for this impression. Sorry. Didn't mean to muddy the waters.
