Don't forget the 'soft' technologies, like complex banking and financing
instruments; deep, empire wide established trade networks; complex
imperial regulatory regimes of the first two; widespread publication,
both book and periodical; professional authors, artists and
entertainers; universities and higher education; deep and well
established legal precidents, history, and tradition; numerous active
anti-government organizations and propeganda ...

Socially and economically, it seems pretty close to us excepting the
obviously feudal government.

On the other hand, lots of effects we depend on technology for are
completely replaced by direct sorcery or sorcerous augmentation: food
preservation; transport; communication; medicine; timekeeping (and other
instrumentation??); crop fertilization and pest control; etc.
