[Dragaera] Kindle - Question for Steve

Hey Steve,

I was wondering, and my apologies if this question is rude or invasive, but do you mind if I ask how much royalties you make on a book sale as compared to a kindle sale?  What are the numbers involved, if you please?  And for Kindle sales when the book is only in "hardcover" (which causes Kindle pricing to be higher, possibly because of increased "demand"?) do the numbers change at all?  Or do you still only make a base royalty?
