Paarfi places Morrolan just riding into Southmoor from the East at about 
the time Zerika is leaping off the falls. No mention is made of him 
having anything to do with the quest to retrieve the Orb at the time. In 
fact, according to Paarfi, he may not have
yet even been aware that it had ever even existed.

Yet Morrolan claims in /Taltos/ that he was there at the battle, helping 
Zerika descend while he fought off brigands.

It is one of the larger divergences between the stories told by Paarfi 
and those told to Vlad.
