Nope.  Though granted, Vlad fits more living into a year than most of us
do :)

Spellbreaker exhibited minor healing powers at least once.  So it's not
*too* surprising that Godslayer would as well.  Though it does raise the
intriguing question of *why* they would have that ability. 
Magic-cancellation seems like a natural outgrowth of Godslayer's primary
function -- healing, not so much.
