A "soul" is a Morganti delicacy.  Served at body temperature, with 
something full and red to drink.  They're like truffles--a Morganti just 
can't get enough of 'em.  Whether stored in a Dragaeran or an Easterner, 
the soul will stay fresh and sweet until consumption, which is why 
Morganti don't eat souls stored elsewhere--cuts down on the flavor.
