I thought he was talking about that Issola bard he met back in
/Athyra/. In a later book (/Orca/?), I remember him saying something
about how he wouldn't mind seeing her again, and Loiosh cracking a
snide remark. At the time I wasn't sure exactly how far the
relationship had gone but the "Dragaean lover" explained it, in my
mind. The events in question, if they occurred, would have occurred
shortly after /Athyra/ and before /Jhegaala/.
