[Dragaera] Vlad as an Earth name

Another curious thing is that easterners seem to have kept the two-name (family + given) system, though they usually just mention one or the other as appropriate. Easterners in Burz are not so consistent about this though.
Dragaerans seems to get by with a name and a title, or a strange patronymic if Dragonlord.
But Inchay - family name or given?
