[Dragaera] Vlad's manner of arrival at the Goddess's Halls in Dzur

I think in the Dzur visit, Vlad and Godslayer must have been transported
physically.

Not only was there no indication to the contrary (no mention of him
collapsing in the market, or feeling less than solid), but think of how
Verra would have reacted to the threat of Lady Teldra if it had been 'but a
dagger of the mind, a false creation proceeding from a heat-oppressed
brain'.

And Loiosh said he was 'gone' nearly an hour, not lying on the ground
drooling.
