I keep thinking Cate Blanchett as Sethra Lavode, but this may just be holdover from her role as Galadriel in Lord of the Rings films, so I'm not sure I can trust this idea. 

I'd love to see Steve Buscemi as Kragar. 

Perhaps Zooey Deschannel as Cawti?
