So, the point I was driving at in the previous email is that "Greenhills,
'637" was probably bottled (or distilled, given the Dragaeran's lack of
distinction between wine and brandy or presumably any other beverage
originating in a vineyard) in the early part of the Interregnum. 

This assumes, of course, that there is NOT some special, obscure
time-keeping method relating only to wine that takes niceties like a turning
of the Cycle into account.
