Perhaps Kosadr is exaggerating. He could be a court wizard but not THE court
wizard. He could be newly-promoted to THE court wizard and padding the
number (IIRC the context is about how long he's been waiting for the
Jenoine, which doesn't require that he have been top dog for the whole
twenty years).

I'm not sure about the timing of Tiassa either.
