[Dragaera] Holidays in the Empire

A couple off the top of my head:

In Phoenix:

Aibynn said, "This part of preparing the drum is very difficult. I must—"
Musk owl said, "You're Aibynn of Lowporch, aren't you?"
"Why, yes."
"I heard you drum at the Winter Festival. You're very good."
"Thank you."

And, later,

The next day was going to be short. That is, it was the day before the
Festival of the New Year, so most people quit working around noon. I kept
all of my people working, since Holy Days are some of our best times, but I
gave them all bonuses.

Tomorrow morning would see the end of the harvest. Then would come the
Festival. Then would come ... what?

There are a few more references to the local harvest festival in there as
well.
