[Dragaera] Blurb - not a spoiler

I made this point a couple years ago. I don't recall the wording exactly,
but if you go back to some early editions (around Phoenix's publish time, I
believe), it was different, something like "...America's best fantasy
writer." The statement below is meaningless.
