Well, that's what Vlad says. But his background is in eastern (non-Orb assisted) psychic communication. Perhaps this is less of an issue for Dragaerans with a link to the Orb? 

Alternatively, you could simply hire your staff of workers based on the number of people they know, paying more to the ones who know more people.
