Dragaerans have this issue too.  In Issola, at least, Lady Teldra must send a 
message to Sethra, and makes a point of saying she doesn't know her well enough 
for psychic contact.

Well, that's what Vlad says. But his background is in eastern (non-Orb assisted) 
psychic communication. Perhaps this is less of an issue for Dragaerans with a 
link to the Orb? 


Alternatively, you could simply hire your staff of workers based on the number 
of people they know, paying more to the ones who know more people.

Well, that's why you have plenty of Left-Hand protections on your operation, as 
well as plenty of Orca toughs to guard your "call center".
