Just to elucidate a bit further - When Aliera asks Morollan for the state of
the Cycle, "It's the reign of a Reborn Phoenix", she knows literally nothing
at all about the current ruler. That indicates that to her, the title
"Reborn Phoenix" has some deeper significance than just the quality of that
ruler's reign. It has something to do with HOW that ruler ascended to the
Orb.

Now, this doesn't preclude there having been others before Zerika. In fact,
Aliera says "a Reborn Phoenix", not "THE Reborn Phoenix", which could put
the lie to my "prophecy" idea.
