[Dragaera] Geography: Map Resources

Release 2 of the map seems to have stabilized, so I added a new section to
the Map Room labeled Map Resources.

The biggest addition is a Distance Calculator.  Pick two locations and it
will tell you the direction, distance in miles, distance in leagues, and
average travel time.  All calculations are as the jhereg flies (straight
line ignoring terrain).  At the moment it uses javascript to perform the
calculations, so it might require a relatively modern browser.

I also added a CSV file that contains the locations and their coordinates,
as well as a couple of different blank outline maps.

the Map page to see what else has changed since I last posted an update to
the list.
